Meet the Founder

Marc Strickling founded LHS Legacy Capital after more than 30 years as a real estate owner, operator, and advisor.

He is a Certified Financial Planner™ with a background in direct property operations, multifamily asset management, and investor strategy.

Marc leads every acquisition decision and oversees each investment offering. His own capital is invested alongside limited partners in every deal, and all underwriting reflects the same standards he uses to evaluate risk for his family.

LHS was built to provide families like Marc’s with a path to durable income and time freedom—without relying on markets, headlines, or speculation. The firm is named after his wife and daughters, reflecting the long-term thinking behind every decision.
